Our client based in Dandenong South is a market leader in accessories and parts for water activities. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly Sales Coordinator to join their team!
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
About the Role -
Support the internal customer service team across all aspects of the sales order process.
Provide a point of contact for Dealers, internal Sales Managers and Regional Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process backorders as stock arrives.
- Input any credit return recharge requests
- Be the point of contact for dealers and internal sales team to follow up order status
- Answer queries relating to stock availability and pricing on all products.
- Input and process sales orders and follow up with dealers
- Receive overflow calls diverted from the reception.
- Readiness to take any other overflow tasks from the order entry/ customer service teams.
- Enter stock transfer details and complete all relevant documentation
To be succesfull for this role you must have the following:
- 2-3 years of Data entry / Customer service / Sales Support / Clerical support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Competent user of Microsoft Suite of products- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
- Ability to meet scheduled completion of daily tasks as per guidelines
