We are on the look out for a Forklift Operator for our client based in Beenleigh. If you have experience in the manufacturing industry for construction and strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you!

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Must follow all safety rules
• Perform daily checks on mobile plant machinery
• Load and unload goods including inspections, dispatch and inventory management
• Keep inventory records updated, including stock counts and returns
• Coordinate freight movement and associated transport companies
• Review inventory to avoid overstocking slow-moving items
• Prepare orders for shipping, including manual handling of sliding sheets onto stacks
• Following all health, safety and quality management requirements
• General warehousing duties and housekeeping

To be considered for this role we are requiring candidates to have the following:

• You MUST have full working rights
• You MUST have current Forklift Licence and minimum 12 months experience
• Experience in a warehouse setting
• Knowledge of Fibre cement and/or plasterboard products is a plus
• Understanding of workplace safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Car and Licence
• MUST be reliable
• Physically fit
• Available to start ASAP!
